  4th time in 3 years Broadlink have put out a new app from a third party work around to Ihc then Ihc for EU now the all new Broadlink app each time they do this you have to reset all there products to get them to work properly in the Broadlink app and Alexa there a bloody ball ache a real pain yes you can transport all your things from the old app to the new one but they don't work in routines the only way is to delete them all in the Alexa and Broadlink app and start all over don't be fooled

  Bad experience, what to describe... full rubbish. This APP wasted the whole my weekend but result was the same - some appliances work, some don't. I uninstaled it and turned back again to the old good working IHC Broadlink App.

  I love it only downside you have to go to broadlink app for remotes but would love to be able to add remotes to home screen on my phone without going into the broadlink app after setting the remote's I may be the only one in the world wanting that though

  Works well but the UX lets it down somewhat and could be better. I.e. allow actions in scenes to be repeated. Allow me to add as many buttons as I want, currently there is a fixed amount. Allow me to customize the button screen as the rewind and fast forward buttons are pointless on my amp device. Also, can we have a scene copy button, please? Other than that great device and generally good app that has reasonably good functionality.

  Setup was OK But make sure that you have 2.4g as it will not work.
