----
Lucid dreaming is learning to know you are dreaming, while you are dreaming. Becoming aware that you are dreaming allows you to shape, influence and direct your dreams with clarity, instead of being uncritically controlled by them. This app will train you to achieve lucidity in your dreams and understand them better by revealing their patterns.
When you are aware of being in a dream, you can also learn to master experiences that aren't possible in waking reality. You can fly, breathe under water or whatever else you put your mind to. With the sensations as real as in waking life. Your mind is the only limit.
It is reported that lucid dreaming can also help to overcome nightmares, be used to rehearse success for real life scenarios and be used train creativity.
Become awoken - Start dreaming for real!

Simple to use. Not too invasive. Good for those of us without a terribly firm grip on reality. Haven't had a lucid dream yet myself, but have heard it works. I just like it for a reminder to right down my dreams, plus the reality check queues are helping me with my mental problems.

Great app, been using it for quite a while. Since I accumulated a huge number of journal entries, I honestly think it would be a good idea to add a "view random entry" button. And adding tags to entries would be a useful addition too.

I've enjoyed the app for several years now. When I remember to use it the results are decent. It'd be really awesome if they can figure out how to pair it with samsung health and a red/blue light indicator.

I think it's pretty cool. You definitely don't need it but it makes recording lucid dreams easier for me.

This app was recommended to me by youtube channel "Explore Lucid Dreaming" he said that there's supposed to be an alarm that plays via headphones and turn itself off in 1-3 minutes so while dreaming I'd hear it and become lucid. but the alarm don't have that function just the alarm for reality checks, my phone needs to be on loud, it don't play through headphones and I have to wake and press a button manually which defeats the purpose explained in the vid if you can add and update... 5 stars

Although all is double-checked and set right: the app stays mute... so totem sounds doesn't work at all, no matter the sound file format.
