This app requires no specific permissions to run.
You will find App Detective especially useful and interesting if you are an app developer, or currently use any of AppXplore, App Inspector, AppBrain Ad Detector, Apk Manager Plus, ManifestViewer or any other app that offers app management or app inspection features.

The app still needs no permissions to tell you about your apps, and in particular accomplishes all its investigation without Internet access. You can use the app itself to see how rare that is!
Current Play Store policies have forced a rebuild of the app targetting a later version of Android, which has caused the size to increase, but it still manages to pack a lot of features into a comparatively small app size.
