  Not able to login in the app with correct client id. Though i am able to do an online recharge with the same client id. I am seeing a lot of reviews similar to mine. If the app is not usable then i request to take the app down from playstore

  worst app... always getting 'invalid customer ID' pop up.... though I'm using alliance from 11 months.... website login and website payment is working fine.. but hey in today's generation we must have an app login, payment, customer support etc.. why alliance is being so casual about making an app great? what's the problem I don't understand.. you're not even a government company.. being a private company and being a good internet provider you must have made a good app but no. lazy being lazy.

  Horrible app. Won't allow me to login and when I try to reset my password it sends the otp and upon entering it says can't reset the password.

  Frequent disconnections, speed gets too slow sometimes, bogus service. Alliance was not like this. Will use it for a couple more months and opt for Jio fiber. No point for paying 30 days worth of money when on an average 5-6 days worth of productivity is lost every month. Cannot even log in into the app now.

  Worst app. Always says password invalid. After requestimg otp to reset password it says unable to reset pin. Not sure what this app is able to do if can't even reset pin.
