The application has the following properties:
(i) Makes a copy of all of your contacts (backup)
(ii) Converts prefixes 377, 381, 386, and it adds the operators codes to 044, 045, 049, 043 if they do not have the new code of Kosovo 383
(iii) confirms that you contacts are up-to-date
