Maybe the term calisthenical sport is less familiar sounding in the ear, but chances are you've done it once in life. Movements in calistenic sports are often even warmed up before doing other sports. What is calistenic exercise? Calisthenic exercise is a set of motor movement to build muscle body that is done only by using our own body weight. His movements include exciting movements, crashing, pushing, and lifting without the need to use any tool. The more often our muscles work, the more muscle mass we have.
The benefits of calisthic exercise
The benefits of calisthic exercise can be equated with endurance training, strength training, and weight training.
1. Push up
Note the chest distance with the floor when the position down, do not let the chest touch the floor during a push-up movement. Hold at least 5 cm apart. When in the up position, keep your upper body or head and back straight with your feet
2. Pull up
This movement is a little difficult at first, but we can start by hanging on the barrier, lift the legs forward or back so as not to touch the floor and hold for a while.
3. Lunges
Stand tall and take a big step forward. Bend the knee of the foot which is used for stepping to sustain body weight. Rear legs to bend to maintain balance. 4. Squat
This exercise is done with the initial position of the body stand and feet are opened as wide as the shoulders while putting both hands behind the head. Lower the body into a half-squat position and push your back back together. Hold for a few moments, return to the standing position, and repeat
