This application allows you to connect to clients of your hot-spot, without knowing their IP addresses.
HTTP Back scans the hotspot network range, and launches the favorite browser.
Android hot-spots and USB sharing are a convenient way to connect to Raspberry Pi and other embedded devices - however, there is no good way to guess the IP address of the device afterwards.
