This is Employee Evaluation app of Chemarome company.
Employee can evaluate their colleagues through this app.
There are 2 sections of evaluation: Performance and Attitude.
Every section will have 6 questions.
Employee will give 1-5 star for each question. They can choose N/A if they have not enough information for the question.
