The terrible controls greatly affects the gameplay of a game I've loved since childhood. The directional buttons are too small, even when sett to the largest setting and there is a very noticeable delay between pressing a button and a response on screen. Also, the character has a tendency to stop moving or move in another direction for no reason when holding in one direction.
