  Once set up, I could not disable the reminder alarm--either through my phone or the app. It's like malware. Uninstalling and reinstalling to see if this will fix the problem.

  I started using spot cream Aug 5 2020 Which I'm very pleased. Haven't really noticed change but I know it's coming so no worries about that. My issue is I cancelled auto refill and have not been able to check in daily with Enurse. I have also messaged support three times and have yet to get a reply. I'm pretty bummed about these issues.
