For years I have used My Scans Pro. It takes high quality scans of my documents and allows me to customize it's size. I can also share my documents as pdf, jpg or save it to the gallery.

I used this app for years on iOS and it was excellent and could even send PDF files to my work computer wirelessly. However on Android it straight up does work and crashes immediately. Your money for this app will essentially be stolen if you buy it
