When i try to use tag to level up my game suddenly auto close everytime. Pls fix this.

VNL entertainment please finish your game. The leveling up crashes my game.Also I lose my progress and glitch back to the Japanese restaurant after finishing off the thugs during the date with kimiko.Can you please fix this Game? Please and thank you if you do.
