Can't see half of the clues in level three as the item ladder is in the way of them.

hi. normally like your games & THINK I finished all current levels. several glitches on several levels, but biggest is game DOES NOT SAVE PROGRESS! I've tried 3 times & each time I leave & reopen game I am back to level 1 & all other other levels blacked out. please fix or will lower rating & uninstall. thanks & will raise rating once fixes made.
