It provides access to the new videoconference helpdesk entitled Face to Free.
This allows contact customer service Free easily. Our FreeHelpers answer using their webcam to your request on the Freebox or on mobile deals Free (subject to be subscribers to the corresponding tender).
The application also provides access to online support. Built into the application, it gives you the opportunity to submit your requests and incidents related to your Freebox. You can then monitor their progress and the status of their resolution.
