Чтобы Перевести его на русский язык
1. Войдите в настройки программы.
2. Нажмите на язык.
3. Выберите русский язык
или
0. Установите телеграмм на свой телефон.
1. Найдите через поиск канал @russianstelegram
2. Скачайте файл russian.xml (нажмите стрелку вниз).
3. Нажмите на три точки рядом с файлом и нажмите «Применить локализации».
4. Выберите русский язык. Все Ваш телеграмм было переведено на русский.
Телеграм разблокированный - работающий в России
Для того чтобы телеграм работал сделайте следующее:
1. Скачайте приложению.
2. Откройте «Настройки» (Settings) и перейдите в раздел «Хранение данных» (Data and Storage).
3. Нажмите на пункт «Прокси» (Proxy) и введите адрес сервера, номер порта, имя пользователя и пароль. (Доступные адресы серверов прокси — здесь: https://www.socks-proxy.net или https://hidemy.name/ru/proxy-list
Оттуда выберите ru
При выборе учитывайте тип сервера — нужен SOCKS5).
4. Если имени пользователя и пароля нет, оставьте строки пустыми.
