This is not a stand alone app. Theme require Kustom Live Wallpaper Maker PRO application
What you need:
✔ Kustom (KLWP) PRO
✔ Compatible launcher that supported by KLWP (Nova launcher is recommended)
How to install:
✔ Download Hellen UI for KLWP
✔ Open your KLWP app, choose menu icon on top left, then load preset
✔ Find and tap on the Hellen UI for KLWP Theme
✔ Hit "SAVE" button on the top right
Instructions:
In the Nova launcher settings you need:
✔ select 1 screen
✔ set wallpaper scrolling
✔ hide status bar and dock
Supports all screen phone screen sizes..

Its awesome! But I can't get it to show the status bar from the theme on home screen.

This looks fantastic on my new note 10+ But sometimes when I click an app it says 5 second delay see FAQs, but I don't know where the FAQs are :/

I like it but (unless I'm missing it) it's missing a button option for going to your apps screens. I had to add a Nova action button the only place I can put it is centre bottom covering the theme's home soft key.
