Complain to Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection and get 25% of the fined amount using the "DNCRP Complain" app. Its easy to make a complaint. You need to login to our app using your Google Account, you don't need to put your password. Then fill up a form about your contact details. Note that all the fields are mandatory, if your complaint is successful, DNCRP will contact you via the information you provided.Then you can make your complaint by giving name of the accused company, their address, details of incident and a photo of the receipt. If your complaint gets verified by DNCRP, they will communicate you.
জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তর বরাবর অভিযোগ করুন এবং জরিমানার ২৫% অর্থ পান খুব সহজে "ভোক্তা-অধিকার অভিযোগ কেন্দ্র" অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে। গুগল একাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে অ্যাপটিতে লগিন করুন, এরপর আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করার জন্য ফর্মটি পূরণ করুন। এই ফর্মের তথ্যগুলো আবশ্যক অভিযোগ করার জন্য, এই তথ্য অনুসারেই আপনার সাথে জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তর থেকে যোগাযোগ করা হবে। এরপর "অভিযোগ করুন" অপশন বাছাই করে অভিযোগ পেজে যান, সেখান থেকে অভিযুক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম, ঠিকানা, ঘটনার পূর্ণ বিবরণ এবং ক্রয়ের রশিদ/ ভাউচারের ছবি দিন। আপনাকে একটি ইমেইল ক্লায়েন্ট ওপেন করতে বলা হবে, যেটায় লগিন করা আছে, সেটা সিলেক্ট করুন এবং ইমেইল পাঠিয়ে দিন। আপনার অভিযোগ ভেরিইফিকেশন এর পর আপনার সাথে জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তর থেকে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
