Punjab mSewa Mobile App has been launched by Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of Punjab so that citizens can avail various services online. mSewa currently offers services from seven departments of Government of Punjab.
Further, the applicants can track the status of their applications. Nearest Sewa Kendras, School, Hospital, Police Stations can also be searched using this app.

I used this app for the first time today and it was not good experience for me. As i added one grievance in PGRS but some loss of words there caused miscommunication and it was escalated to the level it should not have been. I was not able to edit or withdraw it because of the lack of such option. Using mobile services is always a fast and easy process but there is also much chances of human errors as in my case. Please add a withdraw request option, that would be helpful.

I have downloaded two times application but it was done verifying my mobile number. Not send OTP. It is no do working. Very bad experience....

Most useless app, wastage of time only. You can't complaint through this app.
