The only app from Broadlink that will allow me notifications on my phone via RM3 Mini and Broadlink motion kit but would prefer being able to use the newer app BROADLINK - Universal TV Remote app as I use this for ALL my remote control devices

Doesn't work anymore after Android 10 update, because location permission is required to find your WiFi SSID, and the app doesn't even ask for this permission. It was 5/5 app before this issue (

Typical Chinese spy app. It asks for full access to camera, microphone, telephone, contacts and storage.

Since 2020. February 26th the servers completely stopped working, not possible to login and use configurations. Because of that the remote devices are also completely useless now. This is the danger of useing cloud service based tools. I did that as a quick and dirty solution, I needed something that worked instantly. Well... Lesson learned... Never again!

It's decent when it works, but lately it has been telling me that the remote controls are not available because I have reset my device which I have not. This happened on Wednesday, then it worked, happening again today (Friday).
