This app is practically useless since I have not even had a chance to use the AC itself. I orderer a new AC which faced some issue requiring a new part to be ordered. It has been one month and there is no news of the part. The customer service has no answer. The service centre fails to take any solid action. The customer service is so pathetic that they ask me to contact the service centre and resolve the issue on my own. Being frustrated, I am writing this review as a 'customer beware'.

It didn't have my exact remote model but I choose one that was similar and all the functions appear to work except for the on/off. My original remote screen is broken but I can still use it to turn on/off the a/c as required. Good alternative to buying a new remote!
