I like the wavelengths. I don't like the graphics, they're too busy. I can't switch off the app sometimes either. It always hangs in the background. I have to go into settings and stop the app and clear data etc. There's always 2x pause/resumes yet I only started one.

Great app! Does what it says. Another thing that helps me fall asleep is listening to a baseball or football game. Maybe add that too.thanks!
