It's truly a useless app. I tried to sign up and I waited for about an hr with strong internet connection yet, it didn't work. I attempted to repeat the process, a pop up surfaced with the message: NETAPPS 0009: Invalid (Entry Already Exist). I attempted using the entries I imputed earlier, this time, NETAPPS 0122: Invalid Userword or Password popped up. Useless!!!

Too bad and very poor interface, also try and include what you have in the *219# into the application menu.

The app is great. But, I wish you can add a statement download option for a user to be able to download his/her statement anytime he/she so wishes. This downloaded statement should be printable. Such printed statement could then be presented to any desk officer of fmbn at any office to check and help clear some perceived/noted grey areas on the account statement. Thank you.

People should be careful with this app, there's a gsm numbers attached to this app that doesn't sound real. I wish this app is not one those that dupe people..
