My Cima

My Cima is a mobile application that allows users of Cima1915 products to access at detailed information on the drive wheel units installed inside your device and create a support request.
Bringing you mobile phone next to the drive wheel unit, My Cima reads the wheel identification tag using the smartphone’s NFC sensor.
- The application will therefore show you all the details of your drive wheel unit.
- Informations provided are:
- Drive wheel unit serial number
- Engine serial number (if present)
- NFC identifier
- Product description
- Distributor
- Warranty start date
- Production date
Using the button below the information about the drive wheel unit, you can open a request for support and assistence for your item.
You will be asked to fill in a form your contact informations, the request type (if it is a fault or a request for information) and you will also have the possibility to attach a photo of the component.
The request will be taken care of by a techician who will verify the problem and provide the necessary support.
