Fixes the SD Card for Kitkat/Lolipop , and enables you to move your apps to the SD card .
After you apply this fix (needs root to work) you can use the move button in the app settings area to move an app to the SD Card.
Especially useful for KitKat (Android 4.4) and Lolipop (Android 5.0) - needs root to work.
