Volca’t posa en contacte persones que realitzen una petició amb l’equip de voluntariat del municipi/districte. La petició es fa a través del formulari de la web o trucant al telèfon de l’equip de voluntariat. L’equip de voluntariat es posa en contacte amb qui fa la petició i la duu a terme. La traçabilitat queda registrada i permet conèixer l’estat de totes les peticions.
Volca't puts in contact people who request with the municipality / district volunteer team. The request is made through the web form or by calling the volunteer team's phone. The volunteer team contacts the requester and completes the request. The traceability is recorded and it allows to know the status of all the requests.
