Very bad experience I will give zero star on verma travels They changed charged volvo multiexel fare & they changed bus normal sleeper instead of volvo, & not ready to give any refund on this blunder

Very bad experience ,Verma travels still don't know their driver and conductor doing wrong with passenger include agencies I was booking the tickets from lucknow to mumbai and destination stop Chembur kamraj nagar,,, but verma driver ms shakeel, they stop the bus at bhiwandi and said leave everyone from the bus,,, I told him many time this is fraud but they said it's head office order ,,, then I called head office but they are not picking the phone,,,, bad Service I'll never tour with verma tra

They cancelled my ticket before 3hours of journey and didn't give me the refund as well. Worst experience. Please do not use these bus services.😡😡

I wish I could give -5 star for this bus. Our bus from bhopal to indore on 29/08/2020 was preponed by an hour. I was informed just half an hr before. The tyre got punctured 15 minutes after we started. They sent a replacement bus after 1.5hrs.Cut to when we crossed sonkach,the bus got into an accident.The locals ran towards the driver and he ran.My bus of 12pm reached at 8pm. 8 hrs from bhopal to indore.I got a slip disc post that.No charging point,congested bus. Stinky and soiled seats.Pathetic
