Teresa App

O aplicativo Teresa é a atendente virtual da Secretaria Estadual da Fazenda do Piauí (SEFAZ-PI). Essa solução integrada de inteligência cognitiva, baseada em nuvem, ficará responsável pelo atendimento eletrônico virtual da Sefaz.
Estará disponível 24 horas por dia para atender aos contribuintes, inclusive aos finais de semana e feriados, com o objetivo de facilitar essa interação. Essa ferramenta foi criada para servir de apoio ao serviço de atendimento “Fale com a Sefaz”.
Como um produto recém-lançado, que necessita de mais testes e aquisição de conhecimentos, o aplicativo “TERESA”, inicialmente, vai responder as dúvidas mais frequentes que os contribuintes têm sobre: IPVA, Nota Piauiense, Alíquotas de ICMS, DIEF, e-AGEAT e Documentos Fiscais.
Quando não souber responder, a Teresa vai orientar o contribuinte, encaminhando-o para um atendente do “Fale com a SEFAZ”.
The Teresa application is the virtual assistant of the State Secretariat of Finance of Piauí (SEFAZ-PI). This integrated cloud-based cognitive intelligence solution will be responsible for Sefaz's virtual electronic attendance.
It will be available 24 hours a day to assist taxpayers, including weekends and holidays, in order to facilitate this interaction. This tool was created to support the "Talk to Sefaz" customer service.
As a newly launched product, which requires more testing and acquisition of knowledge, the "TERESA" application will initially answer the most frequent questions that taxpayers have about: IPVA, Nota Piauiense, ICMS rates, DIEF, e- AGEAT and Fiscal Documents.
When she does not know how to respond, Teresa will direct the taxpayer to a "Speak to SEFAZ" clerk.
