PT. Smart Multi Finance is a finance company that was established based on Deed Hetyani Hassan, SH, Mkn No. 23 dated August 27, 2007. The establishment deed was approved by Minister of Law and Human Rights in its decision letter No.W7-10465.HT.01.01.TH.2007 September 20, 2007, and approval of Amendment of Articles of Association of the Company on April 30, 2009 the Notary and PPAT Rico Ramosan Silalahi, SH No. 49 and endorsed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights in Decree No. AHU-23218.AH.01.02. 2009 dated May 27, 2009. Amendment of Articles of Association of the Company most recently on July 23, 2012 at the Notary and PPAT Evilina Yanti, S.H, M.Kn No. 05 and endorsement by the Minister of Law and Human Rights in Decree No. AHU-AH.01.10.29368. The Company obtained a license as a finance company of the Minister of Finance in Decree No. KEP.151 / KM.10 / 2008 dated August 8, 2008.
