Description
La Superintendencia de Pensiones es una entidad estatal, autónoma, con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propio, que a nombre y representación del Estado Dominicano ejerce la función de velar por el estricto cumplimiento de la Ley 87-01 y sus normas complementarias, de proteger los intereses de los afiliados, de vigilar la solvencia financiera de las Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones (AFP) y de contribuir a fortalecer el Sistema Previsional Dominicano.
The Superintendency of Pensions is a state entity, autonomous, with legal personality and its own assets, which in the name and representation of the Dominican State exercises the function of ensuring strict compliance with Law 87-01 and its complementary rules, to protect the interests of affiliates, to monitor the financial solvency of the Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) and to help strengthen the Dominican Pension System.
