Melalui aplikasi ini pelanggan dapat mengetahui status pengiriman barang, status kontainer, dan tagihan yang dimiliki oleh pelanggan. Selain itu, pada aplikasi ini terdapat pula fitur fitur yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi perihal jadwal keberangkatan kapal, notifikasi, dan melakukan chat kepada admin RPM.
Trans RPM is a Tracking Application for shipping goods to customers from PT. Rajawali Putra Maritim. Through this application, customers can find out the status of shipping goods, container status, and bills owned by customers. In addition, in this application there is also a feature that can make it easier for customers to get information about the ship's departure schedule, notifications, and chat to the RPM admin.
