Description
The application allows you to calculate the length of the cutting edge in contact for end mills depending on the parameters of the cutter, cutting width, cutting depth and the angle of rotation of the cutter around its axis.
Attention: when the cutter enters the internal corners and radii, the contact length will differ from the calculated one. To calculate the maximum take-off width in the corners and for the trochoid, use the appropriate tabs. The tabs are equipped with graphical diagrams explaining the meaning of the entered values.
