Also, this app helps customers engage or contact PNG Power for any electricity issues so that PNG Power attend to their electricity issues and continue to maintain dialogue, provide assistance and ensure reliable electricity is supplied to our customers.
Customers use the Support Form on the mobile app to send images and complains on Easipay prepaid meter temper reset, keypad error, and report on fallen power lines, fire or electrocution cases.
