Description
P-COUNT is an accountability cascade application with the ability to receive messages from the web platform which sends
push notification in the event of a major incident.
It notifies and updates the administrator (PLSO) that the notification has been received and read.
A contact list is accessed within the application with a functionality to update the administrator with the accountability progress.
