When i want to register street light complaint...it asks for property id ...which is not working. Please look into this matter. 2. Look and design is not user friendly.

Why this app not working? When I try to log in app not sending OTP than it is not open please make this app operational in urgent basis now is operational but there no contact no phone number column is empty of everyone please add the contact details and when I try to lodge a complaint than it shows there is no property Id how add property id please let me know thanks.
