Agree! Definitely need to step up & address the glitches issue to survive in this competitive market in the long run.. Please do something about the App, causes too much inconvenience!

When I open the app the screen has been blank since 4 months ago I tried installing and uninstalling the app but to no avail

I see nothing when i open app. Just stay idle. Delete and download again but same think happen. When to M1 outlet at West Mall. The girl serving me dony know what to do.
