I can't to seem understand why this app would not download with any huge amount of data bundle I suscribe to. What could be the problem?

It doesn't work on my iPhone. Also when you have more than 10 people subscribe the audio is muted. I'm not sure of the pro version, but I can't afford $19 a month....it's too expensive
