and given to the urban local bodies at their compost warehouses . There the waste will be segregated and turned into compost . This Compost will be sold to the farmers at a cheaper rate . Thus , enhancing the soil Quality by using natural Manure . The local bodies will get paid by the money collected by selling the Agro products and pesticides made out of local and urban waste .
