Paid for access to the diet/workouts. But the diet plan is NOT balanced at all. Honestly, for someone who wants to loose weight the healthy way, this app should offer better nutrition plans. A proper balance of carbs, fat and protein DAILY. Food MUST be measured in grams NOT cups and handfuls. Sugar MUST be completely cut out. And we also need to know how many calories each day has. And why cardio only?? Y'all need to improve the diet. Personally, I don't recommend anyone paying for it.
