Unable to login, inspite of registration with parent polyclinic, showing as "first register with parent polyclinic"

Very bad experience. Does not allow login even when all information is entered corectly. When logging in it says pswrd invalid & when trying to reset pswrd, pop up says invalid mobile no. Such poorly performing App actually upsets veterans more than not having such kind of support. Very disappointed

There should be feature where ECHS Card(s) already registeted through a particular device or mobile number are auto saved for easy access.

Very bad experience when i m logging in it says in valid password while reseting the password it says invalid mobile no and i can check thw status of my card using same mob no..help line numbers is even worse they are not helping the ex- service men but creating problems for them very disappointed..
