For anyone wondering, it would be best that you contact E-networks via Facebook or just go into them to create the account. They created mine for me. The only thing is that the app is sorta useless for me to make a payment, but thank God for MMG

To create an account, simply enter your account number in the "User ID" space and enter the password that you want and your account will be created.
