BARCODE Scanner enables medical congress attendants to put their data within our guest book at any time to be used by our registration system to facilitate their attendance and their registration in the medical congresses that we organize within Egypt and Middle East Countries.
These data include: Telephone number – E-mail address – Mail address and their specialty
Upon receiving the data and registration fee to attend a congress we send a special barcode to the guest by e-mail to facilitate his registration in the congress, printing his name badge and certificate of attendance automatically through our registration system at the congress pre-function area
These data are confidential and could be used by only the authorized parties concerned
