Ambulance+เป็นแอพที่ช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยโรคประจำตัวหรือผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินก่อนเรียกรถพยาบาล โดยแอพตัวนี้ จะแนะนำการปฐมพยาบาลและการใช้ยาตามลักษณะอาการของผู้ป่วย รวมถึงวีดีโอยูทูปที่มีการสาธิตการปฐมพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเบื้องต้นเพื่อให้อาการที่กำเริบเบาบางลง หากโชคดีปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นแล้วอาการของผู้ป่วยค่อยๆดีขึ้น ก็จะแนะนำไปที่การใช้ยากับผู้ป่วยแทน แต่หากปฐมพยาบาลแล้วอาการของผู้ป่วยไม่ดีขึ้น ให้ติดต่อกับแพทย์เพื่อรับไปโรงพยาบาลโดยทันที
