This is educational software.
The purpose of this software is to raise people's awareness of lottery games in which the computer generates “random” numbers.
Although there are games where random numbers really random appear during the game, there are also games where the computer draws out numbers which the human sets to it in the background.
Thus, this game gives you the option to set numbers from 1 to 50 in the Settings panel, and those “secret” numbers will be "completely accidentally" drawn out later in the game :)
