App Aliados es la nueva herramienta dirigida al Grupo Bepensa.
Llega la primera aplicación que agrega valor a cada uno de nuestros negocios y por su puesto… el nuevo canal de comunicación para los colaboradores.
Aliados te permitirá:
Reportar oportunidades de mercado hacia todas las divisiones, las cuales llegarán directamente con equipos responsables en atenderlas y darles el seguimiento que merecen. Tendrás notificaciones en tiempo real en donde podrás conocer el estatus de cada una de tus oportunidades reportadas y un chat directo con la persona que está atendiendo cada una de ellas. Siempre y cuando tu oportunidad haya sido cerrada y agregue valor al negocio, irás generando puntos y una posición en el ranking de los colaboradores.
Tendrás un apartado donde podrás responder encuestas, las cuales también te ayudarán a generar puntos.
¿Para qué nos sirven los puntos?
Entre más valor agregues a los negocios de Bepensa, mayor número de puntos generarás, los cuales los podrás canjear dentro del apartado del catálogo de premios y ver el estatus de tus premios canjeados.
Los comunicados ya no serán exclusivos para los colaboradores que cuentan con un correo institucional, ya que Aliados te notificará en tiempo real cuando comunicación interna tenga información importante para ti.
Dentro de la App contarás con un apartado de eventos, los cuales podrás agregar a tu calendario sincronizado al celular.
