Start one mobile with the app as microfon, the seoncd one as receiver.
The app automatically initiaties a local network (Wifi-Direct). Nothing is streamed over public internet, no mobile data is used.

It is "too slow":
Probably this is a problem of latency. Test if your mobile is fast enough
with a headset and press TEST on the first "page".
No data is streamed over the internet and therefore nothing is stored anywhere.
