You need 2.5 hours of activity a week, and we want to help! Every time you exercise, Log your sweatsesh’s in the SHINE App (whether it’s one of our classes or not). Each star equals 30 min of exercise, so your goal is to fill all 5 stars each week. If you don’t get all 5, that’s OKAY. Celebrate what you DO, not what you don’t. Good luck and have fun Superstars!
