You can easily take backup of the data in form of DEPOSITE_MANAGER.db file and putting it in emails / Google drive etc.
*NOTE:
While Restoring the data, make sure that correct DEPOSITE_MANAGER.db file is selected from File Manager with absolute path otherwise you may not recover your data.
