"See If I Am Okay” (CFIMOK) will detect any active usage of your phone, and if left idle for more than 24 hours, it will automatically send a text-message alert to the Contact person you have previously entered, letting your Contact know that they should try to find out if you are all right.
This app is ideal for people with 10-digit phone numbers (including area code) who use their cell-phones every day, live alone, and may have health issues.
