Connect helps PSI Community Workers (IPCs) to easily refer patients offline and create vouchers for them. It has online & offline functionalities, and it's able to synchronize automatically once the device gets internet connexion.
It's intended to be used in connexion-challenging environments, where the IPCs cannot guarantee to always find a good network, but where potential clients live. Vouchers potentially need to be generated offline and then sent to the server once the IPC gets internet so the health facility is aware of the generation of that voucher. The client can then redeem that voucher in his health facility without the need of anything else apart from his hand (when using biometrics capabilities) or a voucher number.
