Athletes and sports hobbyists use balance boards to improve their balance and coordination, and for some types of ankle training too. Using a balance board generally challenges and improves your sense of balance and conditioning, and improves overall competitive abilities.
This app can be used either with or without Smartifier's connected Standout balance board. If you use it with the connected balance board, follow the instructions for connectivity setup, and then follow the guided instructions.
Choose exercises, balance tests, workouts or scheduled programs that suit your training needs. Follow your results to see how you progress over time.
